rhubarb.

i have to confess to you that i really don’t like rhubarb.

the farmers’ market was overflowing with the stuff yesterday, and i just couldn’t get excited about it.

UNTIL i found this recipe via the magical internets.

rhubarb/mascarpone ice cream + brownsugary oatmeal cookies = rhubarb ice cream sandwiches?

yes, please.
