strawberry & balsamic

i’ve got strawberry fever now.

i can’t stop thinking about them.

and i can’t stop thinking about balsamic vinegar.

strawberries & balsamic = one of my favorite flavor combinations.

when i make strawberry shortcake, i always add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the berries.

when strawberry season is in full swing and we eat salads topped with strawberries and goat cheese, balsamic vinegar goes perfectly.

i even like a few sliced strawberries on vanilla ice cream topped with a splash of vinegar.

seriously good.

then i found THIS recipe for balsamic strawberries.

i can’t wait. i can’t wait. i can’t wait!
