manufacturers of bread armor bags say they are 30x more effective than regular plastic at keeping out moisture and oxygen. what in the heck are they made of that makes that possible? magic?
BUT, they also say the bags will ‘keep food fresh longer in the freezer.’ which is weird, seeing as how the food is frozen. hmmm.
i saw them at my local market. and i guess i’ll buy some so i can tell you all about my bread armor experiences. i cannot wait to armor my bread. stay tuned.
