as a bakery owner with plans for expansion in the next few months (more on that later), this frank bruni story in the ny times fascinates me:

it’s brilliant and terrifying all at the same time…

dinner time. lunch time. snack time.
i love food all the time. thankfully, i have a job that involves food.
which is fun. and amazing.
